Stillness in Clay.

I first discovered at the age of nine how the act of centering the clay made me feel calm.

Everything else dissolved into insignificance; I was in flow.

But it wasn’t until I found myself in the midst of a very busy London life, that I started to crave and yearn for that stillness again. I rediscovered clay, and how it could teach me much more than just equilibrium.
